CAKE, CREATE & CELEBRATE: BIRTHDAY EDITION

In this class, you’ll create this 6 inch cartoon-inspired, buttercream birthday cake, finished with fondant drip, hearts, layered accents, bow, and candle topper.

Before Class
Registered students will receive the complete supply list, prep checklist, and cake preparation guide by Monday, January 18.

Three private pre-class video lessons will be available by Monday, January 25:

During Class, You’ll Learn

• Building and finishing a tall buttercream celebration cake
• Creating a clean drip
• Making the oversized bow
• Creating hearts and birthday accents
• Adding layered decorative details
• Final assembly and finishing
• How to price this cake for your own customers

The live class will be recorded so you can revisit the techniques afterward.

Students provide their own cake, cake board, tools, and decorating supplies.
